TELEDIF ITALIA S.r.l. is an Italian company specialized in designing, developing and manufacturing electronic systems for the telephony market and for the safety in the elevators.

The company started his activity in 1993 by developing automatic phone answering devices, digital voice systems, IVR and providing professional recording of waiting messages for telephone PBX.

When the latest rules 95-16 e 81-28 relevant to elevator safety and operations were first introduced, Teledif started the new “Telelift” business unit whose mission was and is to design and manufacture hardware devices and software applications for online emergency services, remote alarm and remote monitoring.

Today Teledif continues its path of entrepreneurship in three directions: hardware design of electronic equipment for telephony and elevators, professional recording of voice messages with native speakers and development of software and WEB applications for emergency and alarm systems.

From May 2002 all business processes, with particular emphasis on design, production and sales, have been certified according to the ISO9001 standard.
